Sales volume not exceeding 636.00 mln lei for medium-sized entities and more than 636.00 mln lei for large entities;
Number of employees not exceeding 250 persons for medium-sized entities and more than 250 persons for large entities;
State and Municipal Public Interest Enterprises;
Consolidated financial statements of groups;
Other entities, according to the legislation in force;
